Meet Zach Shelly

With extensive experience in every facet of homebuilding, Zach recognized the industry's need for a more client-focused approach. He obtained his Unlimited Commercial and Residential General Contracting License and established FS Builders to redefine the construction experience and bring commercial construction standards to the world of residential building.

To Zach, communication is everything in construction — both with his clients and with his subcontractors. When everyone is aligned, work proceeds on schedule and as priced, while miscommunications create costly delays and stressful situations. Thanks to an obsessive drive to perfect systems and processes, Zach has been able to streamline communication on his jobsites and create additional efficiencies, enabling FS Builders to deliver truly exceptional results within the client’s budget.
