Collaborative Design

Design and construction happen under one roof, so the people building your home are involved in designing it. That means fewer surprises, smarter details, and a plan that's actually buildable at the number we quoted.

Pre-Construction

Before we break ground we lock in project specifics and material selections, then build a high-detail estimate by bidding everything out to our vendors and subs based on exactly what the project calls for. Because we operate on a cost-plus fixed fee model, you see the real numbers, not a padded lump sum.

Construction

We manage every phase of the build with direct oversight and consistent communication. You have the same visibility into the project we do, costs, schedule, and progress, at every stage.
